Returns & Refunds

7-day cooling-off returns
You may cancel your order and return your watch within 7 days of delivery, as allowed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. The watch must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and sealed where applicable, with the charging cable, manuals and all accessories included.

How to return
1. Contact us with your order number. We will give you a Return Authorisation (RA) number, for example RA-1042.
2. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
3. Send it to: The Courier Guy, 22 Mulder Rd, Erasmus, Bronkhorstspruit, 1020.
Parcels sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

Change-of-mind returns
You arrange and pay for the return shipping. Please use a tracked courier. The parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, and we cannot refund items lost in transit without tracking.
Returned items are inspected on arrival. If a watch is returned used, damaged or with missing parts, we may deduct a reasonable amount to cover restoration or replacement of those parts, as permitted by the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 30 days of cancellation, and usually much sooner.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please report transit damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel, the packaging and the watch. We will arrange collection with our courier at our cost and send a replacement.

Warranty: 6 months
Every watch carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. Defective watches must be returned using our nominated courier, at our cost, and will be assessed to confirm the fault. Once a defect is confirmed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Not covered by the warranty:
- Accidental or impact damage, including cracked glass
- Water damage beyond the IP68 rating, such as from hot water, steam, high-pressure jets or diving
- Damage caused by misuse, by not following the user instructions, or by using the watch for a purpose it is not designed for
- Any opening, modification or repair by someone other than us
- Normal wear to the strap or case

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.
